Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading frontline operational teams to safety, productivity and performance targets.
• Experience at Superintendent level in logistics, warehousing, or operations.
• Ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams and foster inclusion.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; relevant certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations across multiple sites to ensure safe, efficient work and timely delivery of materials.
• Drive end-to-end supply chain performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with operational and maintenance teams to align on priorities and resources.
