Job summary

BHP is seeking a Superintendent Warehouse for Bowen Basin operations, across Dysart, Moranbah and Mackay regions. The role leads warehouse operations to ensure timely preparation and delivery of materials, partnering with maintenance and supply teams to drive end-to-end performance.

The successful candidate will drive safety culture, develop capability, and deliver business outcomes with a collaborative leadership team in a large-scale mining context.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience at frontline operational teams to hit safety, productivity and performance targets
• Experience at superintendent level within logistics, warehousing, maintenance or operations
• Ability to build relationships across diverse teams and foster collaboration
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Forklift and mining industry experience is preferred
