Job summary

General Pump Company is seeking an entry-level warehouse team member to assist with picking and packing orders. You will be on your feet, perform lifting, and participate in loading/unloading and stock intake. Training is provided for those new to the role.

This casual, on-site position offers potential to grow into a part-time permanent role, with opportunities to learn forklift operation and warehouse processes in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and well organised

Job description

This is a near entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to start or build a career in warehousing and logistics. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll join our warehouse team with a focus on picking and packing customer orders. This is a physically active, hands-on role — you'll be on your feet most of the day and need to be comfortable with regular lifting. Hours are casual, spread across the week, with the potential to grow into a part-time permanent role over time, depending on fit and workload.
