Job summary

Thinking Works in Moorebank, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Storeperson to ensure products are received, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory and a smooth warehouse operation within a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates hold current LF/LO licences, warehouse experience, and a proactive, safety-first mindset. The role offers full-time hours, with an emphasis on accuracy, teamwork and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics roles is essential.
• Current High Risk Work Licences (LF and LO) are essential.
• Experience operating aisle masters, counter balance and order pickers.
• Confident working safely at heights up to 12 metres.
• Good computer skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive approach with good organisational skills.
• Ability to safely perform manual handling tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Commitment to quality, safety and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Safely loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers
• Receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching products
• Coordinating customer collections and liaising with transport providers
• Processing inventory transactions using our ERP system
• Moving, replenishing and organising warehouse stock
• Assisting with cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8-hour days
• Friday: 6-hour day (early finish!)

About the Role
