Job summary

CRL Express Pty is hiring for a permanent, full-time warehouse role at our Moorebank facility. You will ensure all warehouse operations are completed accurately and safely, including stock reception, labeling, put-away, cycle counts, and order picking.

A LF forklift license and strong safety focus are essential to succeed in this energetic, growing team. You will work with the WMS to manage stock, assist with inquiries, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• LF Forklift License with experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Strong safety focus and adherence to OHS standards.
• Ability to pick and pack orders up to 25 kg.
• Comply with all OHS regulations and company policies.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Energetic, proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Sort inbound stock and store in optimal locations.
• Check goods against paperwork and confirm receipts.
• Receive stock in the WMS and label correctly.
• Put away stock and maintain accurate location records.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and on time.
• Consolidate and stage orders for dispatch or transfer.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safe work practices.
• Assist customers and internal teams as required.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Ensure all warehouse operations are completed accurately, safely, and inline with business requirements, including:

• Sort inbound stock into the most efficient storage locations or media
• Check inbound goods against delivery paperwork ensuring goods received match
• Receive stock accurately and confirm quantities in the WMS
• Label inbound goods correctly, ensuring labels match product codes and quantities
• Put away stock accurately and maintain correct warehouse location records in the WMS
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks as required
• Conduct location and stock accuracy checks as directed
• Pick customer orders accurately and within required timeframes
• Pack customer orders to ensure correct items, quantities, and labelling
• Sort and consolidate completed orders for dispatch or transfer
• Stage orders ready for collection, dispatch, or internal movement
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safe work practices at all times
• Assist with customer and internal operational enquiries as required

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• LF Forklift License (extensive experience in both high reach and counterbalance forklifts)
