Job summary

B.Pure Australia Pty Ltd – Regents Park NSW is seeking an organised, detail-driven Warehouse Storeperson to oversee inbound, outbound and inventory operations and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include goods-in recording, picking/packing, dispatch preparation, courier liaison, paperwork management, stock checks, and safe forklift operation. 1–3 years’ experience and a current LF forklift licence are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in a warehouse operator, inventory, logistics or dispatch role (essential).
• Current forklift licence (LF) (essential).
• Strong document and records management — accurate, methodical and detail-oriented.
• Basic IT skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Well-organised, reliable and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit for warehouse duties, including manual handling and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Record goods-in accurately in the system, report shortages, damages or discrepancies, and put away stock to the correct locations.
• Pick, pack and check customer and channel orders accurately and on time.
• Prepare orders for dispatch — labelling, documentation and booking freight/couriers — and confirm outbound records.
• Liaise with couriers and freight providers and track deliveries as required.
• Organise, process and file all inbound and outbound warehouse paperwork — purchase orders, delivery dockets, packing slips, consignment notes and dispatch records — keeping records accurate and audit-ready.
• Maintain inventory records in the warehouse/inventory system; perform data entry, stock adjustments and reconciliations.
• Conduct cycle counts and periodic stocktakes, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and report variances.
• Rotate stock by expiry date (first-expiry, first-out).
• Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely to load and unload trucks and containers.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with safety and quality procedures.
