We move a lot of furniture, around 100 containers a year and 2,000 customer orders, and every piece is made to order, so how it's handled matters. That's where you come in.

About the Role

Based at our Moorebank warehouse, you'll be the person making sure orders go out right and containers come in without a scratch. It's a hands‑on role with real variety day to day, and while the workload is steady rather than overwhelming, we need someone who takes pride in getting the details right, because a customer's new lounge or dining set only gets one first impression.

What You'll Be Doing

Daily Operations

• Picking and packing furniture orders accurately to meet daily delivery schedules, handling every item with care
• Unloading containers, making sure goods are handled, stored and protected from damage
• Managing dispatch so shipments go out on time and are transported safely
• Handling returns: receiving, processing, documenting and storing returned furniture properly

Warehouse Standards & Safety

• Keeping the warehouse organised, clean and safe through daily upkeep
• Following safety and security protocols, with regular checks around handling and storing large, heavy items
• Helping monitor stock levels, run stocktakes, and keep inventory accurate and replenished on time

Improving How We Work

• Spotting opportunities to improve warehouse processes and reduce errors
• Keeping management in the loop on performance, inventory and safety compliance

About You

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics role, ideally with a focus on day to day operations
• Current forklift licence
• Strong organisational skills and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Solid understanding of warehouse safety practices and inventory management
• Able to keep pace in a busy environment and meet deadlines
• Physically fit and ready for manual handling, including lifting and operating warehouse equipment
