DATS in Queensland is seeking a Warehouse Storeperson to handle receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch with accuracy and safety. You will play a key role in maintaining stock integrity and timely order fulfilment.

You will use RF scanners and warehouse systems for stock checks, FIFO, and stocktakes. This role suits someone with basic computer literacy and availability for AM shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Current forklift licence (LF) - preferred.
• Physically capable of manual handling tasks.
• Availability to work required shifts (AM shift, overtime if required).

Responsabilités

• Receive and unload deliveries in a safe and timely manner.
• Check incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Allocate and store stock in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately in line with company procedures.
• Prepare orders for dispatch, including labelling and staging.
• Load vehicles ensuring correct handling and load security to meet COR standards.
• Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Maintain stock accuracy within the warehouse management system.
• Ensure correct stock rotation (FIFO where applicable)
