Job summary

Sunny Queen Australia in Brisbane is looking for a reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join on the night shift. You will receive, store, pick, dispatch and deliver products while ensuring inventory accuracy and safety compliance.

The role requires a current forklift licence; a HR Truck Licence is advantageous; and a Certificate III in Warehousing Operations (or willingness to obtain). Prior cold storage experience is preferred, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Requires forklift operation and a valid forklift licence.
• HR Truck Licence is advantageous but not essential.
• Previous warehousing experience is essential.
• Experience in cold storage or temperature-controlled environments is preferred.
• Certificate III in Warehousing Operations or willingness to obtain is required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive, scan, and store stock using WMS.
• Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy.
• Verify stock against paperwork prior to dispatch.
• Complete local deliveries and ensure delivery documentation is accurate.
• Conduct daily equipment and vehicle safety checks.
• Monitor temperatures to maintain cold chain requirements.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Report damaged stock and equipment issues.
• Manage pallet transfers and exchanges per company procedures.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson / HR Driver to join our team at the Rocklea Markets on night shift (12:30am – 8:20am). In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, picking, dispatch, and delivery of products while ensuring inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and exceptional service to both customers and suppliers.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Receive, scan, and store stock using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Pick and pack customer orders with a high level of accuracy
• Verify stock against paperwork prior to dispatch
• Complete local deliveries and ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and signed
• Conduct daily equipment and vehicle safety checks
• Monitor and record product and vehicle temperatures in line with cold chain requirements
• Assist with cycle counts, stocktakes, and inventory control activities
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards
• Report damaged stock, equipment issues, and inventory discrepancies
• Manage pallet transfers and exchanges in accordance with company procedures

What You’ll Bring

• Current Forklift Licence
• Current HR Truck Licence (would be advantageous)
• Previous warehousing experience
• Experience working in a cold storage or temperature-controlled environment is preferred
• Certificate III in Warehousing Operations (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
