Job summary

GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. in Redmond, WA is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support daily operations for raw materials and finished goods.

This onsite role requires accuracy, problem solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position pays approximately $26-$30 per hour and requires a high school diploma (associates preferred), experience with SAP/WMS, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher in Supply Chain or a related field preferred
• Experience with warehouse systems such as SAP, WMS, or similar platforms preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed
• Bilingual (Chinese/English) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Audits each shipment prior to packing to ensure that goods are in sellable condition and match order
• Picks, Packs and labels product based on established standards.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and compliant operations
• Process inbound and outbound shipments, including sorting, picking, packing, shipping, and system transactions in SAP/WMS
• Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies; coordinate with Purchasing to resolve issues
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation; ensure proper record retention for compliance
• Perform inventory cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective actions
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues such as shipping delays or inventory variances; provide clear feedback and solutions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with EHS and 5S standards

Job Scope

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Specialist to support daily operations for raw materials and finished goods. The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Please note that this role is based onsite in Redmond, WA and will pay approximately $26 - $30 per hour, dependent upon experience level.

Job Responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
