Job summary

Brooks Automation is seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator to join our global laboratory automation division. You will manage picking, packing, dispatching, and shipping documentation for domestic and international deliveries.

You’ll utilise Oracle ERP, coordinate freight, and support inventory control while upholding safety, quality procedures, and ISO 13485 compliance. We value collaboration, continuous improvement, and a proactive, detail-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or warehouse environment preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems and logistics coordination.
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to lift/move products safely in a warehouse.
• Attention to detail and process compliance.
• Strong communication with internal teams and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Pick, label, pack, wrap and dispatch orders accurately.
• Process shipment transactions and maintain Oracle ERP records.
• Prepare shipping docs for domestic and international deliveries.
• Coordinate freight with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Support inventory control and cycle counts.
• Ensure safe warehouse operations and ISO 13485 compliance.
