Job summary

Stryker in Redmond, WA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to coordinate receipt, processing, storage, and shipment of materials, including medical equipment. You will manage shipments, orders, returns, and inventory records to support timely fulfillment while ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include inspecting inbound shipments, staging orders, preparing international shipments, processing returns, and performing cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 40 lbs (required).
• 2+ years experience in related position (preferred).
• Familiarity with computerized manufacturing systems related to material control (preferred).
• Knowledge of Visual Control systems (5S) (preferred).

• Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments with accurate documentation.
• Pick, prepare, and stage materials for orders including loaner/evaluation equipment.
• Verify, package, label, and prepare orders for domestic and international shipment.
• Process returned materials including decontamination and RTI evaluations.
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
• Organize, store, and replenish raw materials and finished goods including Kanban.
• Operate pallet jacks, RF scanners, and shipping software following safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, occasional mandatory overtime

Summary

As the Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will support daily warehouse operations by coordinating the receipt, processing, storage, and shipment of raw materials, finished goods, and medical equipment. In this role, you will manage incoming and outgoing shipments, process customer orders and returns, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure timely and efficient material movement. You will collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency while maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.

What You Will Do

• Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments from suppliers, production, and customer returns, ensuring accurate documentation and system transactions.
• Pick, prepare, and stage materials for customer orders, including loaner and evaluation equipment, to support accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Verify, package, label, and prepare customer orders and serviced equipment for domestic and international shipment.
• Process returned materials, including decontamination, inspection, return-to-inventory (RTI) evaluations, and inventory adjustments for discrepant items.
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies.
• Organize, store, and replenish raw materials and finished goods, including Kanban inventory, to support production and warehouse operations.
• Operate warehouse equipment and systems, including pallet jacks, RF scanners, and shipping software, while following established safety and handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, ensuring proper material storage, efficient space utilization, and compliance with operational and quality standards.

What You Need

Preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years’experience in related position
• Familiarity with computerized manufacturing systems related to material control practices, configuration, engineering change systems, and production process flows
• Familiarity with concepts of Visual Control systems (5S)

$23.10 - $29.08 USD Hourly
