Job summary

Ozdare Pty Ltd in Truganina, Victoria is seeking a reliable Warehouse Pick Packer to join our team on a casual basis, with potential to move to permanent part-time. You will pick and pack customer orders, ensure accuracy, and help with general warehouse duties in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Full training will be provided; previous warehouse experience is welcomed but not required. The main shift is 7am to 3pm on weekdays, with occasional variations to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• No formal education required, basic understanding of warehouse operations advantageous.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical fitness to handle lifting and moving of goods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders.
• Pack customer orders securely for dispatch.
• Check picked and packed orders for accuracy.
• Replenish and put away stock in correct locations.
• Receive, unpack and check incoming goods against paperwork.
• Use RF scanners to locate and record stock accurately.
• Prepare outgoing goods, including palletising and wrapping.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable Pick Packer to join our Warehouse team on a casual basis, with the potential to move to permanent part-time for the right person.

You’ll be joining a friendly, well-established and experienced crew who know their stuff, look out for each other and are always happy to welcome someone new and share a game of ping pong.

Predominantly, you’ll be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked accurately, prepared on time and that stock is handled safely and correctly. You’ll also assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Full training will be provided, so candidates with or without previous warehouse experience are encouraged to apply.

The main shift offered is 7am to 3pm on weekdays Rarely, alternative hours may be offered to some employees to meet operational needs.
