Job summary

Brandt, a world‑leading equipment dealer, is seeking a reliable Warehouse Person for our Ballarat Parts team. You will support day‑to‑day operations, picking, packing, stock receiving and dispatching parts to keep our service and parts departments moving.

The role suits hands‑on candidates with forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and good teamwork. Training and development are provided, with clear opportunities for career progression across Brandt's global network.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, stores, logistics, parts, or inventory is advantageous.
• Forklift experience and/or licence is highly regarded.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing parts and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming stock.
• Locating and storing inventory in the correct warehouse locations.
• Accurately recording stock movements within our inventory system.
• Loading and unloading trucks and deliveries.
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Inspecting outgoing shipments and ensuring orders are prepared correctly.
• Completing stock counts and assisting with inventory control.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
• Working closely with the Parts team to ensure stock is available when required.

About the role:

As a Warehouse Person, you’ll support the day‑to‑day operation of our Parts Department, ensuring stock is received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

You’ll be reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a hands‑on warehouse environment as part of a team.

• Previous warehouse, stores, logistics, parts, or inventory experience is advantageous
• Forklift experience and/or licence is highly regarded
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Physically capable of safely handling parts and goods
• Comfortable working independently when required
• Basic computer skills and confidence learning inventory systems
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience within agriculture, automotive, construction, or heavy equipment is advantageous but not essential
