Job summary

Neolith Group in Melbourne is expanding its Australian team and is seeking a Warehouse Operator based in Melbourne. You will support daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials and orders are received, stored, picked, packed, and prepared accurately and safely for delivery or pickup.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to safety. Forklift certification is preferred; previous warehouse experience is advantageous.

We are expanding our team in Australia and are looking for a Warehouse Operator based in Melbourne. This role will support daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials and orders are received, stored, picked, packed, and prepared accurately and safely for delivery or pickup. The position will also support inventory accuracy, shipment organization, equipment operation, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse. We are looking for a proactive and reliable individual with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, scan, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Receive, verify, store, and maintain accurate inventory through audits and system updates.
• Organize shipment priorities and assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, damages, discrepancies, and returns.
• Operate forklifts safely, complete safety checks, and maintain required certification.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and secure warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, sales teams, coworkers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain proficiency in warehouse systems and technology and attend required training.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to adapt to unexpected situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
