Job summary

Global Synthetics Pty Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our operations team. This full-time role supports receiving, storing, picking and dispatching orders, with a focus on accuracy, safety and timely delivery.

You will work a Monday to Friday schedule starting at 7:30am, using forklifts and warehouse equipment to keep goods moving smoothly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution or logistics environment.
• Current Forklift Licence with counterbalance attachments preferred.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following safe work practices.
• Well-organised, reliable and proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn, grow and contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and unload incoming deliveries, ensuring stock is accurate and in good condition.
• Store stock safely and accurately within the warehouse and maintain organised inventory locations.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory records and participate in regular stock counts and stocktakes.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely while loading/unloading trucks and containers.

About The Role

In this full-time, Monday to Friday role with a 7.30am start, you will work alongside a fun and experienced operations team. As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll be right at the heart of our operation — making sure products arrive safely, orders get out the door on time, and our customers get the great service Global Synthetics is known for. No two days are exactly the same, and you’ll play an important role in keeping the warehouse running smoothly, safely and efficiently.
