Job summary

Nisbets is seeking a reliable Forklift Driver to join our Leppington Distribution Centre in Sydney. This full-time role fits a fast-paced warehouse environment and offers a supportive team culture with a stable Monday–Friday roster.

You will operate counterbalance and high reach forklifts, handle stock safely, and contribute to daily productivity targets while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current LF forklift licence is required.
• High Reach forklift experience is preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is desirable.
• Strong focus on safety and safe work practices.
• Reliable with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance and high reach forklifts.
• Stock replenishment and put-away activities.
• Load and unload stock safely and accurately.
• Support daily warehouse operations to achieve productivity targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to deliver excellent service.

Available Shifts

Monday to Friday

• 6:00am - 2:00pm
• 9:30am - 5:30pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating counterbalance and high reach forklifts
• Stock replenishment and put-away activities
• Loading and unloading stock safely and accurately
• Supporting daily warehouse operations to achieve productivity targets
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Working collaboratively with the warehouse team to deliver outstanding service
