Job summary

O’Brien is seeking a hands-on, safety-focused Warehouse Operator with a Forklift Licence for our National Distribution Centre in Padstow, NSW. You’ll handle receiving, picking, packing and dispatch preparation while ensuring safe operations.

Day shift Mon–Fri 11:30am–8:00pm, with ongoing training, career pathways, and employee benefits. Relocation to Badgerys Creek planned for 2027; candidates must have Australian work rights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months warehouse experience and forklift operation.
• Valid forklift licence is required.

Responsibilities

• As part of the national supply chain team, you’ll receive stock, manage inventory, pick pack and prepare dispatches.
• Operate forklifts safely and confidently.
• Load/unload windscreens and glass products.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our national supply chain team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly:

• Receiving stock and managing inventory accurately
• Picking, packing and preparing dispatches
• Operating forklifts safely and confidently
• Loading/unloading windscreens and glass products
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
• Handling stock with care to minimise breakage
