Job summary

Manpower Australia is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support the pharmaceutical distribution team in Broadmeadows. This hands-on role covers storage, inventory control and distribution of finished goods in a highly regulated environment.

You will operate high-reach forklifts, manage receiving/picking/packing and use SAP/WMS ERP systems. A strong focus on safety, quality and accuracy is essential, with an immediate start available.

Qualifications

• LF forklift licence and high reach experience required.
• Experience in warehousing and inventory control.
• Experience with SAP/WMS/ERP systems and GMP standards required.

Warehouse Operator - Pharmaceutical Distribution

Our client is a global leader in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector, supplying critical healthcare products to customers across Australia and internationally. Due to continued growth, an opportunity exists for an experienced Warehouse Operator to join their Distribution team in Broadmeadows.

About the Role

This is a hands-on warehouse position supporting the storage, inventory management and distribution of finished products within a highly regulated environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of stock while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• High Reach Forklift operation
• Receiving, storing and dispatching finished goods
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for distribution
• Inventory control, cycle counting and stock reconciliation
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Processing warehouse transactions using SAP/WMS systems
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Adhering to GMP, safety and quality requirements
• Working within temperature-controlled warehouse environments

About You

To be successful, you will possess:

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Proven High Reach Forklift experience
• Previous experience in warehousing and inventory control
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using SAP, WMS or ERP systems
• Good computer and communication skills
• A strong commitment to safety and quality
• Experience within pharmaceutical, food, manufacturing or other regulated environments (highly regarded)
