Job summary

Riverina Fresh is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join a friendly team at the Rosehill Distribution Centre. You will operate a forklift, pick stock to meet customer orders, and contribute to safe, efficient warehouse operations on dayshift, 4am to 12pm.

The role requires a current forklift licence, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team. Previous FMCG warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current forklift licence is essential.

• Willingness to work production targets and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift for unloading and loading vehicles and containers.
• Perform stock rotation and order picking to meet customer orders.
• Conduct inventory counts/stocktaking and update records.
• Maintain documentation and records with GMP and safety compliance.
• Assist with manual handling/stacking of finished product and manual truck loading.
• Monitor and help reduce waste in the warehouse.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator with a positive attitude, to work at our Rosehill Distribution Centre. The successful applicant will be required to work Dayshift, Monday to Friday, 4am to 12pm.

The main functions of this role will be picking stock to meets customer order requirements, forklift and manual loading of delivery vehicles, stock and inventory rotation and inventory monitoring.

This is a secure position working with a friendly team in a challenging role.

Responsibilities

• Operating a forklift, including vehicle and container unloading.

Key Requirements

• Must have a current forklift license (essential).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely.
• Be highly focused on safety, quality & hygiene compliance.
• Be highly focused on attaining production targets and efficiency.
• Trouble shooting skills and ability to use initiative.
• Sound knowledge of Transport Chain of Responsibility principles.
• Experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.
• Availability to work public holidays as required.
• Ability to work occasional overtime if required.
• Ability to work unsupervised when required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
