Job summary

OPPO Australia is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operator to join our team. The role emphasizes accuracy, initiative, and safe, efficient handling of products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehousing or similar role.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Familiarity with RF scanning and barcode processes.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

About the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Warehouse Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate prior experience in a similar role as well as an energetic and reliable work ethic with a strong attention to detail.

What does my day look like?

You are part of a team that are responsible for delivering products to the customers and retail partners on time, every time.

Assist with preparation and packing activities in the warehouse.

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple departments.

Maintenance of inventory including stock take.

Ensuring that all OHS procedures are adhered to.

The ideal candidates will bring the following:

• Minimum 5years' experience in a warehousing operating a forklift.
• Experience operating a warehouse management system.
• Knowledge of RF scanning.
• A high level of precision and accuracy.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Take initiative in identifying and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• An understanding of manual handling safety regulations and commitment to upholding safety standards.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and applying new procedures.
• Possess the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve organisational goals.
• Basic proficiency in simple computing tasks (training provided).
