Job summary

Ingham's is recruiting for a Dayshift Warehouse Operator to join our Essington-based team. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a friendly, family-like culture and a strong emphasis on safety.

Starting at 2am, you will perform high-reach forklift tasks, pick and pack using RF scanning, and maintain materials with PPE provided. We offer onsite parking and stable hours in a growing, wellbeing-focused company.

Qualifications

• Current forklift license is essential; RC and/or RM stand-up forklift experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach forklift up to 7 bays high for warehouse and loading tasks.
• Pallet and unit picking and packing using RF scanning and forklifts.
• Work in a chill environment with PPE provided.
• Store and maintain materials, equipment and tools.
• Identify and escalate Food Safety & Quality hazards to leadership.

Daily Tasks

• High reach forklift operation,7bays high, single bay deep
• Both pallet and unit picking and packing using RF scanning and high reachRC and RMforkliftsfor both warehouse and truck loading/unloading operations
• Workingwithin aChillerenvironment- PPE Provided (Jacket)
• Storing andmaintainingmaterials,equipmentand tools
• Identifying and escalating Food Safety & Quality,hazardand riskissuesto the relevant leadership teams

• Current forkliftlicenseessential,previousRCand/or RMstand-up forklift experience desirable
• PreviousFreezer and/or Export operations favourable
• Warehouse and/or Distributionexperienceor similarrequired
• Understand and follow instructions and procedures
• Work wellindependently,within a team environment
• Communicate well both written and verbally
• Showing commitment,reliabilityand motivation
• Respond calmly when faced with obstacles
• Physically fit and repetitively lift 5kg-15kg
• Flexibility to cover various shiftssuch as regular weekend work and public holidays
