Job summary

Flinders + Co is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support picking and packing of customer orders in our Melbourne facility. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and work on Day or Night shifts (11pm–7am or 7am–3pm, Monday to Friday), ensuring accuracy and timely despatch of goods.

Responsibilities include processing orders in our ERP system, receiving and storing stock from suppliers, and moving stock using a walkie stacker or forklift.

Qualifications

• Experience in meat production or cold storage is preferable.
• Ability to work in a cold storage environment with PPE provided.
• Willingness to work Day or Night shifts (11pm-7am or 7am-3pm).

We have roles available for both Day and Night shifts. Night shifts run from 11pm - 7am, and Day shifts from 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor, and your duties will include:

• Picking stock and packing customer orders
• Processing orders on our ERP software
• Receiving and storing stock from our suppliers
• General Warehouse Organisational duties and stock management
• Using the walkie stacker and forklift to move stock

To be successful, you will need to have:

• A great work ethic
• Suit a hands-on, physical environment with heavy boxes
• Preparedness to work in cold storage environment (PPE provided)
• A forklift licence and experience is highly regarded
• Experience in meat production or cold storage is preferable
• Be prepared to learn about our amazing industry and have a passion for what we do.
