Job summary

Truflo Pumps in Coolum QLD seeks a Warehouse Operator to join our on-site team. The role is a full-time permanent position, based in Coolum, with a minimum 38 hours per week and duties including unloading, packing, dispatching, and stock control.

You will work autonomously or with a team, demonstrate reliable communication, hold a forklift licence, and preferably HR licence. The successful candidate will thrive in a busy, hands-on environment and contribute to maintaining a tidy, safe store and

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming freight and check packing slips.
• Pack and store equipment in the warehouse.
• Dispatch goods and generate consignment notes.
• Operate forklift to load/unload vehicles and move equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of store, yard and workshop.

About the Role

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operator to join our team. The position is full time permanent opportunity based in Coolum QLD, with the minimum weekly hours to be 38 hrs.

Duties will include, but not limited to;

• Unloading incoming freight,checking off packing slips and packing equipment into the store
• Picking and packing of assembly work orders.
• Dispatching goods, includingthe generating of consignment notes
• Procurement and supply chain assistance
• Operate forklifts to load/unload vehicles and move equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the yard and workshop
• Perform deliveries and equipment transfers
• Some heavy lifting
• Arranging and organising the store
• Maintaining the store in a clean and tidy condition
• Maintaining stock levels
• Maintaining the yard in a clean and orderly way
• Sorting pallets of pump parts into various categories
• Provide general assistance to teams within the workshop on ad-hoc tasks

Criteria

You will have the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. You will be enthusiastic, results driven can-do person ideally having experience within a similar position. You will also possess.

• Forklift licence a must
• Drivers Licence (HR Licence an Advantage)
• Ability to work overtime when needed
