Job summary

Maytronics Australia is hiring a Warehouse Operator at our Dandenong South location. You will own order processing, stock control, and dispatch while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires safe, organised handling of stock, interaction with customers, and proactive inventory management. Working in a small team, you’ll manage timely deliveries, operate the warehouse systems, and support branch administration.

Qualifications

• MUST have forklift licence.
• MUST have experience using a high reach forklift.
• Minimum 1 years' experience in a picking/packing warehouse
• Technical abilities would be an advantage.
• Experience taking ownership and responsibility for warehouse processes
• Practical knowledge and experience of stock control
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively time manage tasks & priorities
• Experience with customer interaction and providing exceptional customer service
• Accurate data entry and reporting skills
• Highly organised, dependable and safety focused

Responsibilities

• Leading the dispatch function.
• Picking and packing of stock & equipment, ensuring delivery to clients within 48 hours.
• Maintain storage area by organizing floor space & recommending improvements.
• Maintain inventory and proactively identify the need for stock replenishment
• Assist customers who arrive to pick up orders, delivering an exceptional experience
• General support to the Branch and all relevant administration duties
• Opportunities to cross train into the service area.
• Maintain a high standard of Workplace Health & Safety

We currently have a Warehouse Operator on offer at our Dandenong South branch. If you've got experience working in a warehouse environment with inbounds & dispatch, you enjoy interacting with customers, you've used a computer for emailing, you can follow instructions on how to navigate company systems and you have a forklift license, come and join our team.

About the Role

Your role takes ownership and accountability for the timely delivery of orders, is proactive in managing stock control, takes responsibility for the operation of the warehouse, and pulls together to help the Branch and the business succeed. Requirements
