Job summary

Seek.Com.Au is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse performance across multiple contracts in a high-volume distribution centre in the Logan area. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee inbound, outbound and inventory functions, manage frontline leaders and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety, service delivery and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading warehouse (ideally 3PL) operations within a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple customer contracts and service outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen, with exposure to budget management and cost control.
• Proven people leadership capability, including leading leaders.
• Solid understanding of inventory management principles and operational reporting.
• Working knowledge of industrial relations frameworks and enterprise agreements.
• A practical, data-driven approach to problem solving and operational improvement.

Warehouse Operations Manager | Logan Area

A large-scale, multi-customer 3PL operation in the Logan area is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse performance across several customer contracts within a high-volume distribution centre environment.

This is a site leadership role with full accountability for people, service delivery, inventory integrity, financial performance and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in shaping site culture, driving operational discipline and ensuring commercial and customer outcomes are consistently achieved.

The Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee daily operations across inbound, outbound and inventory functions while leading frontline leadership teams.
