Job summary

Seek.Com.Au is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse performance across multiple contracts in a high-volume distribution centre in the Logan area. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee inbound, outbound and inventory functions, manage frontline leaders and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety, service delivery and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading warehouse (ideally 3PL) operations within a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple customer contracts and service outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen, with exposure to budget management and cost control.
• Proven people leadership capability, including leading leaders.
• Solid understanding of inventory management principles and operational reporting.
• Working knowledge of industrial relations frameworks and enterprise agreements.
• A practical, data-driven approach to problem solving and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Leading multiple operational teams including supervisors, team leaders, operators and labour hire
• Owning service performance across several customer contracts, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met or exceeded
• Driving strong inventory management practices, stock accuracy and loss prevention controls
• Managing labour planning, workforce structure and cost control in line with budget targets
• Contributing to site P&L performance, productivity improvement and margin optimisation
• Embedding a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with WHS and environmental standards
• Partnering with customers to support operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Leading performance management, coaching and capability development across your teams
