Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Brisbane is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse activities, inbound receivals, internal storage and outbound dispatch, ensuring safety and service excellence.

You will work with a collaborative team on a predictable 8:00am–4:00pm schedule, with occasional 9:00pm finishes, driving KPI performance, stock control, cross-training, and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP / EWM in warehouse environments.
• Self-motivated with ability to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities to meet operational targets.
• Active involvement in safety observations and hazard reporting.
• Participate in investigations into warehouse incidents to verify and resolve.
• Achieve KPIs such as pick rates, pallet control and customer service results.
• Coordinate and communicate warehouse policies and procedures.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects.
• Deliver strong customer service for internal and external stakeholders (DIFOT, returns, NCRs).
• Minimise damages through packing improvements and process discipline.
• Oversee stock control from receipt through internal movements to delivery.
• Ensure governance compliance with CCEP, The Coca‑Cola Company and government requirements.
• Cross-train to support site continuity.

About Your New Role…

We have an incredible opportunity join our team in this varied Logistics Coordinator role where you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth execution of warehouse operations, supporting inbound receivals, internal storage, outbound dispatch, and customer service in a safe and efficient manner. This role is responsible for the daily management of receiving, picking, and delivery functions while maintaining compliance with operational standards and service excellence. Most working days are 8:00am to 4:00pm, providing a predictable schedule, while occasional flexibility is required to support leave coverage across the team, with some shifts finishing as late as 9:00pm. In return, you'll gain broad exposure to different aspects of the operation and work closely with a highly collaborative team

What You Will Be Doing…

• Manage daily warehouse activities to achieve operational targets and performance.
• Active involvement in all safety requirements – observations, hazard reporting.
• Active participation in investigations into warehouse incidents to verify and resolve
• Ensure key performance indicators which measure the effectiveness of the warehouse operations are achieved – pick rates, pallet control, customer service results.
• Coordinate and communicate warehouse operational policies and procedures.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects
• Customer Service (Internal & External) – DIFOT, returns, delivery errors, NCRs
• Minimise damages through packing improvements and behaviour management
• Proactive participation in stock control from receipt through internal movements to customer delivery
• Manage CCEP, TCCC (The Coca-Cola Company) and governmental governance and regulatory compliance procedures for the site related to operations.
• Actively participate in cross training for site continuity
