Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, inbound receivals, storage, outbound dispatch, and customer service in a safe and efficient manner.

Daily tasks include receiving, picking, and delivery while ensuring compliance with standards. The role offers a predictable 8:00am–4:00pm schedule with occasional shifts until 9:00pm and exposure to diverse operations within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Requires SAP/EWM experience.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities to meet operational targets.
• Uphold safety requirements and report hazards.
• Investigate warehouse incidents and resolve issues.
• Achieve KPIs: pick rates, pallet control, and customer service.
• Coordinate policies and procedures across the warehouse.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects.
• Handle internal and external customer service (DIFOT, NCRs).
• Minimise damages through packing improvements.
• Oversee stock movements from receipt to delivery.
• Ensure governance compliance with site operations.
• Cross-train for site continuity.
