Martin Brower Melbourne Airport is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead our distribution centre operations, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective activities while meeting customer expectations.

You will develop and coach teams, oversee staffing, drive KPIs, and champion CARES values in a fast-paced FMCG environment with a strong focus on safety and compliance. This role offers hands-on leadership and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in warehouse, logistics or FMCG operations.
• Strong ability to engage, motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Results-driven mindset with focus on KPIs, safety and customer service.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), food safety and Basic Fatigue Management (BFM).

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, compliant and efficient operation in the DC.
• Ensure on-time delivery and achievement of service KPIs.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams and manage performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-department collaboration.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and monitor budgets.
