Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking an Operational Supervisor in AUS - Len Waters Estate, Aviation Road. You will lead a warehouse team to hit daily targets while ensuring inbound, outbound and inventory activities run smoothly.

Coach staff, uphold safety standards and drive continuous improvement to deliver reliable service to customers. This role offers growth opportunities within a global leader.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• A natural ability to lead, motivate, and get the best out of people.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive approach and positive attitude.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and operational reporting.
• Forklift licence highly regarded.
