Job summary

DSV Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our AUS - Len Waters Estate team. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, drive productivity, and coach staff to deliver high-quality service while maintaining safety standards.

You will manage inbound/outbound activities, inventory, and resource coordination to meet customer expectations. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and commitment to a safe, efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or team-leader role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to safety and efficient workplace.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and operational reporting.
