Job summary

Pact Group in Dandenong seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and distribution operations. You will oversee receiving, inventory, warehousing and dispatch while driving safety, food quality, productivity and customer service.

You'll lead a team, manage rostering and transport coordination, and drive Lean, continuous improvement and automation initiatives to improve productivity and service levels.

Qualifications

• Solid exerience in warehouse and distribution operations.
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with automated or semi-automated warehousing.
• Strong inventory and stock management capability.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food manufacturing requirements.
• Experience with Lean or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong people leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse, inventory and dispatch operations.
• Champion safety, GMP, HACCP and food quality standards.
• Maintain strong inventory accuracy, FIFO and stock control.
• Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team.
• Manage rostering, labour utilisation and operational priorities.
• Coordinate transport providers and customer deliveries.
• Drive Lean, continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Improve productivity, service levels and warehouse efficiency.
