Job summary

Pact Packaging in Dandenong is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations at our Australian site. You will report to the Operations Manager and drive safety, food quality, productivity and customer service across all warehousing activities.

You will champion GMP/HACCP standards, maintain inventory accuracy, lead and develop the team, manage rostering and coordinate transport.

Qualifications

• Solid exerience in warehouse and distribution operations.
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with automated or semi-automated warehousing.
• Strong inventory and stock management capability.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food manufacturing requirements.
• Experience with Lean or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong people leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.

About this opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse and distribution operations at our Dandenong manufacturing site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll oversee receiving, inventory, warehousing and dispatch while driving safety, food quality, productivity and customer service.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
