Job summary

Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking a Level 4 Warehouse Officer to assist the SQN Team Lead in warehousing, distribution, logistics support and related administration.

You will use MILIS experience in a warehouse environment, show excellent written and verbal communication, and manage customer expectations while liaising with internal and external stakeholders and operating ERP systems to support aviation supply.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries regarding urgent aviation product supply and liaise with third parties for delivery.
• Understand SQN flying, maintenance and workshop priorities.
• Coordinate actions with SQN Maintenance Planners, Workshops Managers, RIMs, LSAs, NASPO, MAIN Warehouse.
• Allocate resources and equipment to meet operational requirements per team lead.
• Allocate and adjust stock locations.
• Investigate and interrogate ERP systems for data accuracy and insights.
• Maintain accurate stocktaking records and procedures.
• Provide stores briefing to SQN new starters/post-ins as required.
• Keep WFD data updated and raise helpdesk tickets where needed.
• Assist MILIS SCA management for SQN SCA’s.

An opportunity for a Level 4 Warehouse Officer has recently arisen assisting the Squadron (SQN) Team Lead in all warehousing and distribution, logistics support & analysis, general administration or other miscellaneous activities.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to enquiries regarding the urgent supply of Aviation Product to meet the customers flying requirements and liaising directly third parties in their delivery
• General understanding of SQN flying, maintenance and workshop priorities
• Assist in coordinating actions with key internal / external stakeholders (SQN Maintenance Planners, OLR Workshops Managers, RIMs, LSA’s, NASPO, MAIN Warehouse)
• Allocate resources and equipment to meet operational requirements at the direction of team lead
• Allocating and adjusting stock locations
• Investigating and interrogation of ERP systems
• Accurate stocktaking management
• Training of SQN Warehouse Officer – Level 3 personnel in the processes and procedures specific to the SQN SOP’s
• Provided stores brief to SQN new starters / post-ins as required
• Maintaining and updating WFD to ensure data accuracy including the raising of helpdesk tickets
• Assist with MILIS SCA management for SQN SCA’s
