Job summary

Greatland Resources Limited is seeking a Warehouse Officer for our Telfer Operations in Western Australia. You will manage inventory, oversee safe receipt, storage, and dispatch, and support warehouse operations in a fast-paced mining environment.

The role is full-time on an 8/6 day roster, rotating with a 7/7 night roster, with FIFO from suitable locations. Candidates should have a HR Drivers Licence, a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations, and experience with SAP warehouse management.

Qualifications

• HR Drivers License required or preferred.
• Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (TLI30321) is required.
• Experience with SAP warehouse management system is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety procedures, carrying out risk assessments before tasks and escalating safety risks as necessary.
• Unpack, sort, and check goods received for quality, quantity, and type.
• Assist with storing hazardous materials following proper safety standards.
• Prepare goods for transport and deliver them around site safely using a heavy rigid vehicle when required.
• Assist with stocktakes and ensure accurate inventory control, identifying and reporting stock discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse, ensuring clear walkways and proper storage practices. Ensure warehouse security and access control.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate efficient stock issuing and manage any concerns or unclear matters with your supervisor.

The Role

Telfer is a long-life gold-copper mine in the Paterson Province of Western Australia’s East Pilbara region. The operation includes both open-pit and underground mining and Australia’s third-largest gold-copper processing facility.
