About the Role
Reporting to the Principal Geologist, the Mining Reconciliation Specialist will take the lead position in management of the company’s reconciliation systems, taking responsibility for the development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the mine reconciliation process from resource model through to concentrate sale.
The role ensures reconciliation performance is accurately measured and communicated, while also allows the right person to have a significant impact on the business via identifying opportunities to improve geological models, grade control practices, mining performance, stockpile management, metal accounting and production forecasting.
The position acts as the central custodian & SME of reconciliation data, systems and reporting, providing technical analysis to support business decisions and improve confidence in Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve estimates.
This position is based in Subiaco and offered on a permanent full-time basis, with regular trips to Telfer site a role requirement.

Havieron is a world-class gold-copper development project located 45km east of Telfer in the Paterson Province. Owned 100% by Greatland, Havieron has a multi-decade mine life and will utilise Telfer’s existing processing infrastructure.
