Job summary

Mega Watt Electrical Service, Ravenhall, VIC, is seeking a reliable Warehouse Officer to support our residential electrical operations. Based at Ravenhall warehouse, you will help ensure our electricians have the right materials ready when they need them.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in warehousing, stores or inventory management.
• A current forklift licence.
• Availability to start work at 6:00 am.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate receiving, picking and recordkeeping.
• Good organisation and time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
• Clear communication and a practical, team-focused approach.
• Confidence using computers and a willingness to learn AroFlo.
• Australian work rights.
• Experience with electrical materials or in a trade supply environment would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking deliveries against purchase orders, identifying shortages or damaged goods.
• Picking, packing and preparing materials for upcoming electrical jobs.
• Coordinating with Project Managers and electricians to confirm material requirements and priorities.
• Monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records and flagging replenishment needs.
• Completing stocktakes and organising returned or unused materials.
• Loading and unloading vehicles and operating the forklift safely.
• Keeping stock clearly labelled and the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Learning and using the AroFlo job management system to support material tracking and job preparation.

About the role
