Westwire Electrics in Melbourne is seeking a reliable Storeperson to join their factory-based team. You will manage incoming and outgoing stock, keep the warehouse organised, and support day-to-day operations to ensure electricians have materials on hand.

You will receive deliveries, pick and prepare materials for jobs, maintain inventory records, coordinate material distribution to site teams, liaise with suppliers, and conduct regular stocktakes. Immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous storeperson or warehouse experience.
• Experience in electrical industry advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Current driver's licence; forklift licence advantageous.

Westwire Electrics is a growing electrical company specialising in domestic installations and unit developments across Melbourne. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Storeperson to join our team based at our factory.

About the Role

As our Storeperson, you will play a key role in ensuring our electricians have the materials and equipment they need to complete their work efficiently. You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining an organised warehouse, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Previous experience in a storeperson or warehouse role (preferred)
• Experience within the electrical industry
• Experience within the electrical industry is advantageous but not essential
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Current driver's licence essential
• Forklift licence advantageous
