Job summary

Phoenix Source and Select is seeking a Warehouse Manager for its South West Sydney operations. This hands-on role requires ownership of day-to-day warehouse activities, leading a small team, and ensuring safe, efficient operations with accurate stock control.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehouse management within manufacturing or building supplies, with forklift licence and ERP experience. Based in Sydney's South West, Monday–Friday day shift, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing a warehouse or distribution operation.
• Proven experience leading and supervising warehouse staff.
• Background in manufacturing, steel, fencing, timber or building supplies highly regarded.
• Current LF Forklift Licence with practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of stock control, inventory and warehouse procedures.
• Good computer skills and experience with ERP systems (Odoo advantageous).
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a small team.
• Oversee stock control, inventory management and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, freight and dispatch.
• Maintain warehouse organisation, safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate materials and stock requirements with manufacturing and production.
• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes.
