Job summary

PFD Food Services is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Australia who will lead a team of Shift Supervisors and own operations across multiple shifts. You will drive efficiency, safety and cost controls while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships on the floor.

Key duties include mentoring Supervisors, overseeing picking/packing, inventory control, dispatch, and ensuring compliance with HACCP and OH&S requirements. A forklift license is preferred or to be obtained.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution setting.
• Hands-on experience in pick/pack, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS), rostering, and cost control.
• Forklift license (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate Supervisors and their teams across multiple shifts.
• Oversee warehouse KPIs including picking accuracy and on-time dispatch.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with HACCP, COR and OH&S.
• Recruit, onboard and coach staff to support growth and shift coverage.
