Job summary

Harvey Norman Parkes Warehouse is seeking a passionate Warehouse Manager to join the team and deliver Great Service, Always! to customers. You will oversee dispatching and receiving orders, coach staff, and liaise with customers, providing exceptional service.

As a leader, you will manage rostering, ensure safety and efficiency, and coordinate with truck loading while maintaining high standards of order accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Highly organised with strong time management abilities.
• Experience in warehouse management and rostering.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team to achieve targets.
• Forklift, drivers and pickers licences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatching and receiving of orders and goods.
• Coach and lead warehouse staff; rostering and scheduling.
• Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service.
• Ensure accurate distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading of trucks.
• Maintain strong WH&S compliance and safe working practices.
• Foster a positive, proactive team environment and meet deadlines.

The Harvey Norman ParkesWarehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Warehouse Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Warehouse Manager, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Experience in warehouse management
• Have the ability to effectively operate a warehouse, coaching and rostering staff, lead and motivated an enthusiastic team
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred)
