Job summary

Harvey Norman Noble Park Warehouse Team is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the dispatch, receiving, and overall warehouse operations. You will coach staff, coordinate rosters, and ensure exceptional customer service during every interaction with our customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational skills, and a proven track record in warehouse management with a focus on safety and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatching and receiving of orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coach, roster and lead a motivated warehouse team.
• Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading trucks.
• Maintain safe working practices and compliance with WH&S guidelines.

The Harvey Norman Noble Park Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Warehouse Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Warehouse Manager, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Experience in warehouse management
• Have the ability to effectively operate a warehouse, coaching and rostering staff, lead and motivated an enthusiastic team
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred)
