Job summary

Harvey Norman Rockhampton Warehouse is hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee dispatching and receiving, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer service to local customers. You will lead a motivated team, coordinate rostering, and manage day-to-day warehouse operations.

Successful candidates will have strong communication, time management and a solid background in warehouse management, with a commitment to WH&S. Flexible retail hours including weekends may apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy in delivery sheets and daily operations.

The Harvey Norman RockhamptonWarehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Warehouse Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Warehouse Manager, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Experience in warehouse management
• Have the ability to effectively operate a warehouse, coaching and rostering staff, lead and motivated an enthusiastic team
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred)
