Job summary

Harvey Norman Liverpool Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Storeperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service. This full‑time role (38 hours per week) includes weekend work, guaranteed base earnings, and paths for career progression with a trusted national brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• Ability to stay highly organised and manage time effectively
• Experience checking delivery sheets and distributing goods in the warehouse

Responsibilities

• Support dispatching and receiving of orders
• Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service
• Ensure accurate distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse and loading of trucks
• Adhere to WH&S policies and procedures and maintain a can-do attitude

What we require:

• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred)
