Job summary

Fuse Recruitment has partnered with an established business in Hallam to recruit an experienced Warehouse Manager who will own day-to-day warehouse operations, safety, accuracy and team culture. You will drive goods in/out processes, inventory control and site standards while advocating Health, Safety and Environment on the floor.

An established business in Hallam is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of day to day warehouse operations. This role goes beyond stock and dispatch, you'll be the driving force behind team culture, safety and accuracy across the warehouse floor.
You'll be accountable for accurate goods in and out processes, inventory management, and warehouse standards, while acting as the site's advocate for health and safety. This is a role for someone who leads by example, builds genuine team unity, and takes real pride in getting the detail right.

What you'll be doing

• Ensure goods in and out processes are systematically followed
• Act as the HSE advocate within the warehouse

• Monitor inventory movements to the highest level of accuracy
