Global Motors Group (T/A Bus Stop Sales & Service) seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Officer to join our team. This hands-on role covers warehouse operations, parts processing, inventory management and logistics to support servicing, repair, pre-delivery and customer adaptation activities for bus operators across Australia.

You will handle unloading, packing, dispatch, freight coordination, invoicing and records, while maintaining OH&S standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualificações

• Process-driven, highly organised, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in basic data entry systems and multiple computer applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Full working rights essential.
• Competent forklift driver with valid LF forklift licence.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the logistics industry.
• Flexible with working hours when needed.
• Mid-level computer skills (MS365).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve quality results.

Responsabilidades

• Unloading containers/ busses.
• Unpacking orders and accurately recording any discrepancies.
• Inventory location management.
• Inspecting incoming freight for damage and recording.
• Picking, packing, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Dispatch and freight – coordinate booking and freight movements / data entry on freight allocation sheet.
• Customer freight charges and invoicing.
• Supplier return for credits.
• Maintain all records of parts received and dispatched, and quality control standards.
• Support 90% accurate Inventory Management System.
• Take part in all cycle count and stock take duties.
• Maintain OH&S standards within the warehouse and general housekeeping of direct area.
• Troubleshoot to resolve any system or order issues.
• Support continuous improvement activities to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Meet KPIs.
