Job summary

Hospital Products Australia in Port Melbourne is seeking a Casual Warehouse & Logistics Officer to support warehousing, logistics, technical and office needs. You will manage goods inwards and outwards, coordinate receiving and dispatch, and work with Service, Logistics and Sales teams to ensure efficient operations.

You will keep the Victorian office and showroom well-presented, ensure health and safety compliance, and contribute to stock control, data entry and procurement tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
• Excellent organisational ability and self-management.
• Strong administration and quality control skills.
• Good communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure health and safety compliance in the warehouse.
• Assist in preparing shipping documents and labels.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Service, Logistics and Sales teams.
• Conduct stock checks and audits.
• Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments.
• Provide data entry support for inventory systems including RightNow.
• Assist in maintaining goods inwards/outwards registers.
• Match invoices to Purchase Orders and report discrepancies.
• Support trial bookings for the sales team.
• Oversee warehouse procedures and risk assessments.
• Prepare goods for shipping, trials and demonstrations.
• Assist Project team with technical duties as required.
• Light office duties and procurement tasks for Warehouse/office.
• Maintain showroom and common areas in a high standard of organization.
