Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing or electronics processing.
• Basic familiarity with computer hardware components.
• Ability to lift 15–20 kg and perform light-to-medium manual handling.
• Security clearance may be required (national police check).

Responsibilities

• Receiving, inventory tracking and logging assets using RF scanners.
• Cleaning, sanitising and refurbishing equipment for resale or redeployment.
• Testing and data sanitisation of corporate IT assets following security protocols.
• Grading, sorting and preparing items for dispatch to domestic or international destinations.
• Packing, palletising and dispatching refurbished equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse workspace in line with WHS standards.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable IT Asset & Logistics Warehouse All-Rounder to join our team based in Murarrie . In this role, you will play a key part in the operational processing, intake, diagnostics, sanitisation, cleaning, and dispatch of enterprise IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment) for high-profile corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inventory Tracking: Unload, unpack, scan, and log incoming hardware assets into site software using RF scanners.
• Hardware Cleaning & Refurbishment: Wipe down, detail, clean, and remove stickers/labels from incoming hardware to prepare assets for grading and resale.
• Testing & Data Sanitisation: Run automated diagnostic tools and data-wiping software on corporate IT assets following strict security protocols.
• Grading & Sorting: Inspect hardware condition, sort components for resale, redeployment, or responsible e-waste recycling.
• Pick, Pack & Dispatch: Securely box and palletise refurbished equipment or components for domestic and international dispatch.
• Facility Maintenance & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor, including sweeping, waste management, and keeping workbenches clear in accordance with strict WHS standards.

What We're Looking

• For Background: Experience in warehouse logistics, stores, electronic hardware processing, or general warehouse duties.
• Technical Aptitude & Pride in Work: Basic familiarity with computer hardware components and strong attention to detail when cleaning and inspecting assets.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable with light-to-medium manual handling (lifting monitors, desktop PCs, and boxed hardware up to 15-20kg) and active, hands-on tasks.
• Security Clearances: Ability to undergo a national police check due to corporate data security protocols.
• Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a small team.
