Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse logistics, stores, electronic hardware processing, or general warehouse duties.
• Basic familiarity with computer hardware components and strong attention to detail when cleaning and inspecting assets.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inventory Tracking: Unload, unpack, scan, and log incoming hardware assets into site software using RF scanners.
• Hardware Cleaning & Refurbishment: Wipe down, detail, clean, and remove stickers/labels from incoming hardware to prepare assets for grading and resale.
• Testing & Data Sanitisation: Run automated diagnostic tools and data-wiping software on corporate IT assets following strict security protocols.
• Grading & Sorting: Inspect hardware condition, sort components for resale, redeployment, or responsible e-waste recycling.
• Pick, Pack & Dispatch: Securely box and palletise refurbished equipment or components for domestic and international dispatch.
• Facility Maintenance & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor, including sweeping and waste management.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable IT Asset & Logistics Warehouse All-Rounder to join our team based in Murarrie.

In this role, you will play a key part in the operational processing, intake, diagnostics, sanitisation, cleaning, and dispatch of enterprise IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment) for high-profile corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Inventory Tracking: Unload, unpack, scan, and log incoming hardware assets into site software using RF scanners.


• Hardware Cleaning & Refurbishment: Wipe down, detail, clean, and remove stickers/labels from incoming hardware to prepare assets for grading and resale.

What We're Looking For

• Background: Experience in warehouse logistics, stores, electronic hardware processing, or general warehouse duties.


• Technical Aptitude & Pride in Work: Basic familiarity with computer hardware components and strong attention to detail when cleaning and inspecting assets.


• Physical Capability: Comfortable with light-to-medium manual handling (lifting monitors, desktop PCs, and boxed hardware up to 15-20kg) and active, hands-on tasks.


• Security Clearances: Ability to undergo a national police check due to corporate data security protocols.


• Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a small team.
